Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our supplier’s policy. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
• The product must be damaged, defective, or not as described.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@guardianpup.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address (note: return locations may vary depending on the product).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note: shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

International Orders

Returns may require you to ship the item to a fulfillment center overseas (e.g., China). We’ll provide full instructions.
